Can I get a glass sign with my logo or custom design?

What customization options are available?
Font, size, frame, colour, text.. are all options
How do I submit my design?
logo's need to be in ai. format anything else just email it over and we can go from there...
Do you offer design assistance?
yes, It's quite important that I have a say in the design.
How do I install the sign?
The sign is strung the same as any framed work and can be hung on a strong picture hook.
Are the signs durable?
They are fragile, but durable. enamel glass signs just get better with age and by using such high quality gold leaf, there is no fear of the gold tarnishing.
How do I clean and maintain my artwork?
The glass can be cleaned as you would clean any glass.
How long does it take to make a custom piece?
This depends on how many commissions I have on the go already. usually I can make something within 4 weeks. during busier periods, like Christmas, the wait time can be three months. so it's best to order sooner, rather than later. If you need something sooner then please contact me.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

How is the Artwork shipped?
I use ups next day to ship the work. I arrange the delivery day with you prior to posting, to make sure someone will be in to collect. these signs are fragile and even though they are packed well, too much time in transit increases the risk of breakage. it is also important to enter your mobile number when ordering - this is only used to give you delivery updates. It is not shared or used for anything other than contacting you regarding your order.
Can the signs be used outdoors?
Yes, if the materials are waterproof - there are some frames which are resin, which are perfect for outside. so these signs are also great in bathrooms, conservatories, outside kitchens/bars...

Will the glass artwork break easily?
it's all painted on glass so yes. The glass is thicker than regular picture glass so is much stronger. But it should be treated with care. if you drop it, it will break.
Do you offer rush orders?
If I have the frame and glass in stock I can sometimes make your sign within two weeks.
How are the signs packaged for shipping?
I use recycled packaging mostly. double walled cardboard and bubblewrap. I never buy any plastic wrapping, it is all recycled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please contact me before ordering as shipping rates are much higher and I also need to have special packaging made for each piece.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If the box looks damaged in any way, please photograph it before opening, then photograph each stage of unwrapping. send me the photos and we will go from there. I will always remake any broken piece free of charge. if broken in transit.
What is your returns policy?
I want you to be happy with your purchase and will accept returns on any goods that aren't made to order. returns need to be made within 14 days of delivery. the signs need to be packed in the original packaging, exactly as I packed them and sent insured and on a next day delivery. postage will not be refunded.
